Photo Art Monte is an Amateur Photo Club created in accordance with the vision of the Artist as Photographer. Art photography stands in contrast to representational photography, which provides a documentary visual account of specific subjects and events.

The Photo Art Monte is a member of the Federation Internationale de l’ Art Photographique (FIAP), Montenegrin Association of Photographic Art (MAPA)  and the Photographic Society of America (PSA).
